Welcome to HALO!
This page is a memorial for
our loving companion
who has passed away.
Remember who they were, acknowledge their name and their spirit.
Max was born in May in the state of IL.
He was one out of 6 in the litter.
He was Jazmine's son.
He was Jazmine's son.
Look how cute!
Here's a picture of his sister and Max (left side)
We were twins...well that's what they told us! =)
Max and I had a traveling adventure in 2007
when I packed him and his mama Jazmine
in my car and left IL. and headed for LA.
Jazmine and her son Max were
my traveling companions.
We drove north to south while enjoying
each others company and site seeing!
I have an confession to make:
I'm a counter extraordinaire!
Jazmine my doggy mom is short so since
I'm the tall one, I get to do the
work so I use extend my leg
across the stove and bulls-eye!
We've got food!
Remember!

Reflections in the odd wall paper room...
Too floral for me.
They had blue floral wallpaper on top
and pink on the bottom.
The previous owners had blue
floral carpet and curtains...
I say room makeover and over!
Here I am looking sharp in my lavender tie.
Really masculine! Please take this off me!
Yuck!
Lavender not on my color palette of choice!
Max died January 2010 and he is dearly missed.
He died of Canine Cancer and he has his HALO now.
I will continue to post more fun things about Max.
The picture of him below is when we went camping.
He loved every moment of it, especially when we'd
drop food. He was the founding club of
The Counter Surfer Extraordinaire's!
Audios Maximus Media Network was
partly named after Max...aka Maximus. www.audiosmaximus.com
I've written a poem that I'd like to share with you. I hope you enjoy it!
Over The Bridge
There lies a place where our beloved pets go after they die.
We've held them in our arms and near our hearts.
I was there when he was born. I took this small puppy in my hands
not knowing he'd be the one I'd keep. I watched him grow up and
spent 3 years with him. He was there for me through the thick and thin. I put him and his momma in my truck not knowing what was headed for us as we left IL. I was there when he was born and I was there when he died.
Just one more picture of him. Just more time....time was running out.
Our beloved pet started to cross this beautiful colored rainbow bridge.
They make their way to the middle the other side. They stop in the middle of the bridge only to look back at the family who loved them. One more last glimpse at their family. One more last I love you and thank you for all that you've done. One more last note letting them know that they were the best animal companion anyone could have asked for. They see on the other side of the bridge people, his brother's and sister's welcoming him home with arms wide open. It's a place of peace, comfort and solitude. It's now they realize they've received their halo now. Their health renewed, their healed from the ailment cancer caused.
They are now free because they have their halo now.
Much love to Max, Pheobe and their other brother or sisters with them.
Max and Pheobe had Canine Cancer. They both had it in their lungs.
Needless to say they when Pheobe died, I didn't think Max would fall the same thing a year and a half later.
